Web Developer Team Lead

The ideal candidate should have their own team of web developers who are familiar with and comfortable using content management tools to enhance the capabilities of web applications. The developers should be willing to collaborate with both in-house and external development teams and demonstrate a passion for continuous learning to improve the tools used in web application development

Responsibilities:

• Team Management Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of web developers, promoting collaboration and productivity.
• Project Planning and Execution: Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting project goals.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to align team goals with company objectives, providing direction and driving innovation within the web development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-4+ Years of Web Development Experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or senior developer role.
• Proficiency in core web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue).
