About the job Product Marketing Release Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize launch plans and manage its cross-functional execution and release coordination activities
- Own the product roadmap from pre-launch to post-launch by crafting country-specific go-to-market strategies (pricing, promotions/distributions, value proposition, etc.) and tracking its status to ensure these are being carried out efficiently
- Understand the scope and operational responsibilities of all cross-functional team and onboard each one of their roles in specific launches
- Maintain an organized planner/calendar of future product launches
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing collaterals are executed
- Coordinate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary information and materials that will help them sell the products to new and existing clients effectively
- Coordinate with the support and deployment team in handling customer feedback and requests
- Set KPIs for each product launch and take accountability of these success metrics
- Evaluate product launch and check what processes can be further improved to avoid contingencies
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
- With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in product marketing and product/project management
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle is a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Can coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of the company
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Can work well independently and in a team
- Excellent leadership and project management skills must have a strong accountability
