Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be part of our growing sales customer relations force for our product, Azeus Convene.

In this role, you will

  • Report to the Head of Global Customer Success 
  • Manage existing accounts in the region and take ownership of all post-sale activities, from client onboarding to processing of renewals 
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients by becoming their trusted adviser and helping them maximize the Convene platform 
  • Identify growth opportunities or potential risks. Take action on the findings and document or archive results 
  • Proactively provide appropriate training and support to clients to ensure that they are happy with Convene 
  • Be responsible in achieving and contributing to Regional KPIs (Upselling, Retention, etc) 
  • Own individual non-commercial KPI such as case studies, testimonials, and referrals 
  • Report to managers all activities and key findings (risk & upsell opportunities, odd behaviors, etc.) on a weekly basis 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer success or account management  
  • SaaS background but any IT experience would be great 
  • Great command of the English language (neutral accent) 
  • Amenable to work on a UK Shift (mid-shift)
