Job Summary:
A Food and Beverage Manufacturing company is searching for a Sales Manager Assistant to support the Sales Manager in overseeing sales operations, guiding sales teams, and ensuring compliance with company sales policies and agreements. The role involves close coordination with sales teams and coordinators to maximize customer engagement and support the Sales Manager with administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Responsibilities:

• Direct sales teams toward the appropriate customers to target for sales
• Guide sales coordinators on how to present products at customer exhibitions/showrooms
• Ensure sales teams adhere to established sales policies
• Verify the validity of agreements and ensure all official documents required to open a customer account are in place
• Prepare sales analysis reports for the Sales Manager
• Assist the Sales Manager with any administrative tasks as needed
