Job Summary

A cleaning products manufacturing company in Al-Qastal, Jordan, is seeking an energetic and experienced Production Manager to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while supporting the development of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years of people-management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel.
• Strong presentation and data visualization skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage daily production activities to achieve production plans and operational KPIs while ensuring the efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
2. Support the implementation of the LEAN roadmap and action plans to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational performance.
3. Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Health, Environment, Quality, and Safety standards, as well as local legal requirements.
4. Support the implementation of new products, production technologies, process improvements, and validation processes.
5. Monitor and report production KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Participate in site strategic planning and operational review meetings.
7. Support cost-reduction and productivity-improvement initiatives.
8. Contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
