Job summary:

An FMCG company in Al-Qastal, Jordan, is seeking an IT officer with 2-3 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration roles.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of:

• Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Microsoft 365
• TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Basic SQL

Experience requirements

• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and support.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
