  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity alongside the marketing team.
  2. Establishes positive relationships with media outlets, consumers, government employees, and public interest groups.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  4. Writes, reviews, and/or distributes press releases and other public-facing communication.
  5. Manage media inquiries and interview requests, acting as the company spokesperson when necessary.
  6. Serves as a liaison between the organization and the public.
  7. Develop and maintain a positive public image for the organization through public-facing communication.
  8. maintain a list of external copywriters to facilitate press release writing.
  9. Manage the Chairmans personal brand as well as the Noble, in addition to management of Chairmans social media accounts.
  10. Respond to information requests from media contacts.
  11. Arrange interviews for company executives and management.
  12. Participate in the execution of social media and content strategies to release information on the organization in a manner that will promote a positive public image.
  13. Participate in the creation of engaging and informative content for various channels including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and brand voice.
  15. Collaborate in the planning, organizing, of corporate events, webinars, and press conferences, launch events, exhibition participation,
  16. Ensure all PR activities comply with industry standards and are consistent with the companys brand image and messaging.
  17. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  18. Submit weekly/monthly reports for Management as required.
  19. Ensure the secure handling and protection of all sensitive information related to the company's operations, strategies, and client data, per internal policies and legal compliance standards.
  20. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  21. Perform any task required by the Management within the scope of work.

Bachelors degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.

  1. 5-7 years of related experience in similar roles
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication and PR strategies.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Proven ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for external publications.
  5. Proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with media contacts and outlets.
  7. Excellent MS Office knowledge
  8. Excellent English and Arabic Skills
