Job title: PR and Communication Specialist.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity alongside the marketing team.
- Establishes positive relationships with media outlets, consumers, government employees, and public interest groups.
- Maintain excellent relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Writes, reviews, and/or distributes press releases and other public-facing communication.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests, acting as the company spokesperson when necessary.
- Serves as a liaison between the organization and the public.
- Develop and maintain a positive public image for the organization through public-facing communication.
- maintain a list of external copywriters to facilitate press release writing.
- Manage the Chairmans personal brand as well as the Noble, in addition to management of Chairmans social media accounts.
- Respond to information requests from media contacts.
- Arrange interviews for company executives and management.
- Participate in the execution of social media and content strategies to release information on the organization in a manner that will promote a positive public image.
- Participate in the creation of engaging and informative content for various channels including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and brand voice.
- Collaborate in the planning, organizing, of corporate events, webinars, and press conferences, launch events, exhibition participation,
- Ensure all PR activities comply with industry standards and are consistent with the companys brand image and messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports for Management as required.
- Ensure the secure handling and protection of all sensitive information related to the company's operations, strategies, and client data, per internal policies and legal compliance standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform any task required by the Management within the scope of work.
Bachelors degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- 5-7 years of related experience in similar roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication and PR strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Proven ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for external publications.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with media contacts and outlets.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent English and Arabic Skills
High level of professionalism and discretion, especially in handling confidential information
