Responsibilities

Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. Must be responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the company and soft selling the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

  • Help execute the social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals, including competitive research, audience identification.
  • Create and manage the monthly calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.

Content Creation:

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share high-quality content (text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages our audience to take action.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
  • Adapt content to suit different social media platforms.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Engage in relevant conversations on behalf of the company, providing timely and helpful support to current and prospective customers.

Platform Optimization & Growth:

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Identify and implement strategies to grow our social media following and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor, capture, and analyze relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify data.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and report it on the monthly Marketing report.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize social media Actions and improve performance

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (customer relations, sales, marketing, etc.) to manage to identify key targeted markets, audience, and coordinate actions.
  • Keep the company informed about general customer feedback and emerging trends.
  • Attend and help organize company events to promote and boost customer engagement on social media.

Product & Customer Education:

  • Reach and educate our customers by providing nutritional information about our products, healthy tips, and updates on new brands and products.
  • Inform customers about the availability of our products in the markets.
  • Focus on creating valuable educational tools and content.

Website & App Management:

  • Update website content and enrich the user experience.
  • Provide feedback on app usability to ensure a user-friendly experience.

Academic requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing

Experience & job requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in marketing and in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and shopify data).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.

Total salary 700-800 (salary+50 Transportation) +Health insurance .
