Job Objective
Lead and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals and increase revenue, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve set goals.
- Analyze the market and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective sales operations.
- Manage the sales team and provide training and guidance.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure their achievement.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Effectively resolve customer-related problems and complaints.
- Study the market and analyze competitor movements.
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, including 2-3 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
