  4. Proficient in real estate CRM software
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Excellent MS Office knowledge
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Excellent English and Arabic Skills
  9. High level of professionalism and discretion, especially in handling confidential information

General Description

Assist clients in buying Nobles properties, also responsible for offering expert advice, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the entire real estate transaction process.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attract, Build, and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and property preferences.
  2. Conduct consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  3. Offer expert advice and information on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
  4. Identify and secure listings of properties for sale.
  5. Utilize various marketing strategies to promote properties within the local and international client network.
  6. Provide clients with regular updates and feedback on viewings, market conditions, and other relevant information.
  7. Conduct property showings and site visits with clients to provide proper consultation on what is best to buy
  8. Facilitate the negotiation process to ensure a fair and smooth transaction.
  9. Stay informed on local real estate market trends, conditions, and regulatory changes.
  10. Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  11. Complete all necessary paperwork related to property transactions internally.
  12. Guide clients through the contract process and ensure proper client handover to client relations with all the necessary documents.
  13. Submit weekly/monthly reports for management as required.
  14. Ensure the secure handling and protection of all sensitive information related to the company's operations, strategies, and client data, per internal policies and legal compliance standards.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Perform Any Task Required by the Management within the scope of work.
