About the job BIM Coordinator

BIM Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows and standards, Templates and Library for architectural projects.

Manage the creation, modification, and coordination of 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM tools.

Model Coordination:

Ensure accurate coordination of BIM models across disciplines, including architectural, structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP elements using Navisworks Software.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of models.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks on BIM models to maintain accuracy, compliance with standards, and adherence to project requirements.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, generated from BIM models.

Training and Support:

Provide training and technical support to team members on BIM tools and workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical BIM-related issues as they arise.

Technology Advancement:

Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices to improve workflows and efficiency.

Architectural Design:

Design Development:

Contribute to the development of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs, as per Authorities requirements and international standard.

Construction Documentation:

Prepare and review architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications generated from BIM models.

Authorities Requirements and Standard:

Stay updated with the latest Authorities requirements, regulation and standards.

Problem-Solving:

Identify design challenges and provide creative and technically sound solutions.

Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings to present design ideas and address project requirements.
