Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps)
  • Proven experience in building and deploying APIs using RAML, DataWeave, and Mule 4
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and error handling strategies
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
  • Experience of Salesforce Flow, Apex triggers, and Lightning components
  • Experience with Event-driven architecture using Salesforce Platform Events or Kafka
  • Experience with OAuth2.0, SAML, and other security/auth protocols

Certifications

  • Required: MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (Mule 4)
  • Preferred: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Integration Architecture Designer (for advanced roles)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using APIs, connectors, and custom solutions
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of integration solutions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for integrations
  • Implement API-led connectivity and reusable integration assets
  • Maintain proper version control, deployment processes, and support production issues
  • Contribute to integration governance, standards, and documentation
  • Stay updated on latest MuleSoft and Salesforce features and best practices
