1. Bachelors degree in human resources, accounting, or a related field preferred.
2. Loves dealing with Numbers and Numerical calculations
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
