Job Summary

A company specializing in heavy equipment spare parts, with a focus on Caterpillar, is looking for experienced sales professionals to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist walk-in customers, identify their spare parts needs, and provide accurate product information
• Process sales inquiries, quotations and orders efficiently
• Visit customers and prospects in the field, promote products and secure new business (outside sales)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
• Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer data using computer systems and Excel
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment spare parts, preferably Caterpillar
• Solid knowledge of heavy equipment parts and part identification
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work toward sales targets
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (candidates already working in the Kingdom are given priority)
