Job Title: HR Business Partner

A leading company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive talent management, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar HR role.

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

* Fluent in English and Arabic.

Regional travel may be required.
