Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong track record in financial management to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership in financial planning, reporting, and controls, along with the systems experience to support a modern, efficient finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Manage cash flow, financial controls, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Support cost control, procurement finance, and investment analysis relevant to industrial/mining operations.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance management, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or mining sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
