Position: Client Support Associate



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and their customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns, and will work closely with our team to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, responding to inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat

- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as their policies and procedures

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any complex issues

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the management team

- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software

- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
