As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process for our clients. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that new customers are successfully onboarded and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process

- Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide support and assistance as needed

- Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer's needs and expectations

- Collaborate with the customer success team to develop and implement customized onboarding plans for each client

- Conduct product demos and training sessions for new customers to ensure they are comfortable using our products and services

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process

- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate teams to help improve our products and services

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of the onboarding process for each customer

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our onboarding process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or a similar role

- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and retaining customers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of CRM software and customer onboarding tools is a plus

- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred
