Position: Inbound/Outbound Call Representative

Job Overview:

As an Inbound/Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and generate sales for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Chicago, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

- Identify and assess customers' needs to promote and sell our clients' products or services

- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products or services

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures

- Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to work on-site at our office in Chicago, Illinois
