Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Enrollment Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for assisting students with the enrollment process and providing them with information about our programs and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and provide them with information about our programs and services

- Guide students through the enrollment process, including completing applications and collecting necessary documentation

- Conduct phone and email outreach to prospective students to follow up on inquiries and provide additional information

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and interactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process and provide support as needed

- Attend recruitment events and represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in educational policies and regulations to effectively advise students

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
