Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving our online visibility, and ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience across the diverse markets in the region.

Reporting directly to our MD, this role will play a crucial part in leading our digital marketing strategy with a team of SCM/SEO Specialists, Web Developer, and Content Writer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and marketing qualified leads

  • Lead SEO/SCM efforts which involves website performance, campaign strategies and content management

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure content aligns with the search intent of our target audience, including HR Managers and business decision-makers

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best

  • Understand buyer personas and leverage insights to create targeted strategies that align with their needs and behaviors

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of 6 years of direct digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
