Job Overview | 職位概述

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who has hands-on experience in processing payroll in Taiwan and is well-versed in Taiwanese labor law, payroll regulations, and employee benefits. 此職位尋找具備台灣薪資處理實務經驗,並熟悉台灣勞動法、薪資法規及員工福利的薪酬專員。

Responsibilities | 職責

  • Process end-to-end payroll for Taiwan employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. 負責台灣全流程薪資處理,確保準確性、及時性,並符合當地法規。
  • Ensure statutory compliance with Taiwan labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements. 確保薪資合規性,遵守台灣勞動法、稅務法規及社保要求。
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, pensions, and leave entitlements, while keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes. 管理員工福利計劃,包括保險、退休金及休假權益,並隨時掌握最新法規變更。
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients, providing clear and accurate resolutions. 處理員工與客戶的薪資相關諮詢,提供準確且清晰的解決方案。
  • Maintain payroll records and reports, ensuring all data is accurate, confidential, and properly documented. 維護薪資記錄與報告,確保數據準確、機密,並妥善存檔。
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and accurate financial reporting. 與人力資源及財務團隊合作,確保薪資流程順暢,並進行準確的財務報告。
  • Stay updated on payroll best practices, proactively identifying areas for improvement in payroll processes. 持續關注薪資最佳實踐,主動識別並改善薪資處理流程。

Requirements | 要求

  • Local Taiwanese candidates only, with firsthand payroll processing experience. 僅限台灣在地候選人,需具備實際薪資處理經驗。
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related field. 商業管理、人力資源、會計或相關領域的大專或學士學位。
  • 2-4 years of hands-on payroll experience in Taiwan, including tax and social security processing. 2至4年台灣薪酬管理的實務經驗,包括稅務和社保處理。
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwanese labor law and payroll regulations to ensure full compliance. 熟悉台灣勞動法及薪酬法規,確保合規性。
  • Experience with Taiwan's payroll systems and tax reporting procedures. 熟悉台灣薪資系統及報稅流程。
  • Experience in payroll outsourcing or client-facing roles is a strong advantage. 具備薪酬外包或客戶管理經驗者優先考慮。
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 細心、具備良好分析能力,能獨立處理薪資相關工作。
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify payroll discrepancies and resolve issues effectively. 優秀的問題解決能力,能夠識別薪資錯誤並有效解決問題。
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, both written and spoken. 流利的中文,具備良好的英文讀寫與口語能力。
