Job Overview:

We are looking for a proficient Web Designer to join our team here in KL. This role requires someone who can design, maintain, and optimize our website, ensuring top

performance and search engine visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Build High-Quality Websites: Use Webflow to develop visually appealing, fully responsive websites that align with the companys vision and goals.

• Enhance User Experience and Drive Conversions: Design seamless user experiences and customer journeys that optimize engagement and maximize conversion rates.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to turn design concepts into engaging, functional web experiences that enhance our brand presence.

• SEO Compatibility: Ensure all web projects are optimized for speed, search engine visibility, and outstanding user experiences.

• Omniplatform: Verify that websites provide consistent performance across multiple browsers and devices.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and industry trends to apply best practices in web design.

• Refine and Improve: Continuously iterate on web designs based on team feedback and project needs to achieve the best outcomes.

• Maintain and Enhance: Regularly update company websites, adding new features and content to keep them dynamic and relevant.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio

• Practical experience with popular CMS platforms, including building and maintaining websites within these systems such as WordPress or Webflow

• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies, including implementing tactics that enhance search engine rankings and online visibility

• Experience in managing web development projects from concept to completion, with

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly

• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an added advantage.
