What Were Looking For:

We need a visionary leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. Youll thrive in this role if you have:

Experience:

• A proven track record managing credit risk in online lending or digital financial services.
• Hands-on expertise building credit policies, risk rules, and assessing credit scorecards.
• Previous experience with collections strategy and operations is a big plus!

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of SQL programming, credit scoring, and analytics.
• Expertise in fraud management within a digital environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for seamless communication.
• The ability to build strong relationships with partners like credit bureaus and fraud detection suppliers.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset: you love spotting trends in data and acting on them quickly.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Designing, implementing, and evolving credit strategies for digital lending.
• Managing underwriting, arrears management, and fraud prevention processes.
• Overseeing collections operations, including agency partnerships.
• Innovating with data-driven strategies to optimize customer growth and profitability.
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals.
