Sr. Technical Writer

About the role

Youll own the creation of all product and API documentation, release notes, customer & internal-facing content. Youll work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and polished documentation that supports developers, customers, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Write and maintain API documentation, developer guides, and product manuals.
• Produce clear release notes, in-app help, and knowledge base articles.
• Draft emails, website copy, and FAQs for product launches and feature updates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Define and enforce content standards, templates, and version control

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing within a SaaS or software environment.
• Proven ability to document REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman).
• Strong knowledge of Markdown, Confluence, Git, and documentation tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile/SDLC and software release processes
