About the role

Our HR Analyst will serve as the connection between data, strategy, and people. The analyst will manage the metrics that drive workforce decisions, the dashboards that inform leadership, and the HR systems. This role is essential to scaling accurately, has a direct correlation in retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance across our organization.

What you'll do

HR Metrics & Dashboards

  • Maintain and progress dashboards for headcount, attrition, DEI, onboarding/offboarding, productivity, performance management, compensation, pulse surveys, and others as required.
  • Analyze trends and deliver actionable insights to HR leadership
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles with precision and clarity

HRIS & Data Integrity

  • Own data accuracy across HR systems (e.g., Rippling, Fidelity, Carriers, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage employee lifecycle updates and system audits
  • Partner with IT and Finance on data governance and integrations

Recruiting Analytics

  • Track all recruiting metrics, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill/hire, and onboarding metrics, candidate/manager surveys, candidate conversion rates, etc.
  • Support diversity hiring metrics and pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to optimize recruiting strategies

Benefits & Compliance

  • Administer 401(k) and local benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Support audits and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

HR Process & Policy Development

  • Draft and maintain HR process documentation and policy manuals
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop standardize workflows and ensure regulatory alignment

HR Confluence Space Management

  • Build and maintain the HR Confluence space as a centralized knowledge hub
  • Ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational changes
  • Partner with stakeholders to expand and evolve the space as needs grow

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 35 years of experience in HR analytics, operations, or systems
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Advanced Excel and experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling a plus)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Confluence or other knowledge management platforms preferred
