Axis related companies: we may share your personal information amongst the companies within the Axis group of companies.

However, pleasure note that no internet communication or electronic storage is 100 percent secure. Therefore, we strive to use commercially acceptable measures, having regard to the nature of the personal information and the risks they may pose, to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our security measures also mean that we may request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you or before we process your other requests.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal information for up to the maximum amount of time we are permitted to do so by law after we have communicated to you our decision about whether to appoint you to the role for which you have applied. We retain your personal information to (i) fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, (ii) meet timelines determined or recommended by regulators, professional bodies or associations, (iii) comply with applicable laws and other legal obligations (including contractual obligations), (iv) comply with your requests. Where any of the retention periods cease to apply, we will securely destroy your personal information.
