Unit Manager at The Priory Hospital Roehampton

We are looking for a Unit Manager to join our team at The Priory Hospital Roehampton. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the unit, while ensuring that all services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and providing quality assurance.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.
• Supervise staff members to ensure that they are meeting performance standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, vendors, etc.
• Manage client complaints or concerns in a timely manner. li > Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Completing admission and discharge forms
  
• Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed
  
• Communicating procedural issues with the director of nursing
  and working to correct them
  
• Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff
  
• Maintaining accurate accounting records
  
• Managing hospital equipment inventory
