RMN Nurse

Job Description: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) at Priory Hospital Marlow

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Priory Hospital Marlow. This position will provide direct care to individuals with mental health issues, as well as provide leadership and support to other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of patient mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, psychological interventions, and crisis management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Build relationships with patients, listen and reassure them.
  Give advice and arrange support for patients and relatives.
  Give the prescribed medication.
  Maintain patients records.
  Encourage patients to engage in therapeutic activities.
  Share their patients insight with other healthcare professionals.
