Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance.
Managing daily treatment schedules
Enforcing health and safety regulations.
Managing hospital equipment inventory.
Maintaining accurate accounting records.
Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff.
Communicating procedural issues with the director of nursing and working to correct them.
Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed.
Completing admission and discharge forms.
Ensuring their unit meets federal, state and company guidelines.
Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition.
Solving staffing issues and shortages.
