PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST BAND 6

Job Description:

Duties:

Working in Community Paediatric Physiotherapy Team working with clients 0-19 years with primarily neurodisability, developmental delay, torticollis and Brachial Plexus Lesions. 

Work in clinic settings, homes, educational settings and specialist schools.

Assessing for and supporting provision of specialist equipment including ongoing use, including referrals for wheelchair provision.

Working in multi-disciplinary team (OT, Comm Paeds, HV, SLT, Community Nursing).

Potentially supporting specialist clinics such as lycra, serial casting, orthotics.

Necessary Skills or Requirements:

Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC with experience of working with paediatric neurodisability.

Child and Adult safeguarding Level 3 required.

Community post so driving licence and vehicle needed.
