Job Description:

Responsibilities:

To carry out weekly urgent and crisis follow up assessments, formulate treatment plans and assess risk. 

To offer treatment for allocated higher risk/complex patients. 

To offer supervision to Band 6 workers in the team.

To attend/facilitate weekly MDT and team meetings.

Take a lead on safeguarding and multi-agency work.
