Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

- Develop, implement, and maintain process control strategies to ensure operational efficiency across client systems.

- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs, enhance performance, and ensure safety compliance.

Systems Management:

- Design and integrate control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS, for seamless operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues in real time to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Project Leadership:

- Lead process control projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative technologies into existing systems.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.

- Prepare detailed reports on process performance, system reliability, and project outcomes for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process control engineering, preferably in a client-facing or site-based role.

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong knowledge of process control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.

- Familiarity with simulation tools, data analysis software, and system integration.

Skills and Competencies:

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Certifications:
