Aruma D365 Environments

Managing/ Administration of Aruba's D365 Env

Product Solution Delivery

Build and checks all deployments run sheet

Architecture specification

Configuration and Customization

Perform functional/ technical PO validation

Business Support

Escalation and Coordination with Microsoft

Escalation from SCOUT Support Channel

Escalation from IT Support

Senior stakeholders Escalation

CRM / General Skills

Azure, D365 CRM-ERP architectural experience

Application Integration & Data Specialist

Strong system design & architectural know-how and hands-on exp.

Stakeholder/ Vendor management skills

Best practices, lead requirements, and coach team on technical implementation

Hands-on development experience D365

Technology Stack (JScript, plugins & custom workflows (C#), power automate flows, Azure function apps, PCF control)

Tools (CRM Developer Toolkit (SDK), Plugin Registration, Ribbon Workbench, XrmToolbox)

FinOps Responsibilities / Skills

D365 F&O - System administration and configuration

Monitor - Build and Deploy D365 F&O customizations

Strong familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) - D365 F&O environments administration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ vendors to ensure system integrations are seamless

Stakeholder/ Vendor management skills

Recognize and understand the issues impacting systems and recommend solutions that meet operational needs

Experience in data migration on D365 CRM/ F&O Projects

Experience in preparing Go-Live cutover plans (Go-live Runsheet)
