This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly scaling, internationally focussed organisation in an early stage. This technical role is based in Amsterdam and will suit top performers already based in the Netherlands, working in an inside / mid-market sale role with 5+ years experience closing net new logos, preferably within the FinTech / Web3 space.
This role is less about the hard sell and more about effectively managing a pipeline of inbound opportunities, where you will use your high-level product knowledge and people skills to consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for the customers.
THE CLIENT
This client is rapidly bridging the world of USD/EUR and the world of BTC/ETH. They provide the fastest and easiest plug-and-play fiat-to-crypto onramp integration that apps / websites can use to allow their users to buy cryptocurrencies.
KEY DUTIES
- The majority of the role will be spent positioning the value of our clients product with stakeholders through demos, email and phone.
- Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospects company size, industry and desired customer support experience.
- Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the product team so that product improvements can be made in addition to prioritizing the right projects.
- A deep knowledge on the always evolving product and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that youre able to support prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for hitting sales metrics of success as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.
SUITABLE APPLICANTS
- You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with at least 5+ years experience closing net new logos (FinTech / Web3.0 experience is preferred but not essential).
- You are naturally curious and have a history of learning technical products quickly.
- You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.
- You love winning and helping your customers achieve their goals.
- You are excited to be using consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
- You have experience tracking all of your sales activity and reports in a customer relationship management software.
- As the primary point of contact, you're happy to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success. Over the course of onboarding, you may be point person on any one of them, mobilizing your team colleagues for support.
SALARY AND NEXT STAGE
A basic salary from EUR75k to EUR110k is offered and the client is interviewing now for this business critical role.
