Key Responsibilities

  • Support project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and effort estimates
  • Monitor project dependencies and highlight risks or delays
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models
  • Maintain project documentation including status reports and project artifacts
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and support mitigation actions
  • Assist in managing and tracking change requests and their impact
  • Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project updates
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure adherence to project processes and quality standards

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the software industry
  • Exposure to IT or digital transformation projects is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Basic leadership and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, and Confluence
