Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that all projects within the program are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations
  • Oversee, coordinate, and track progress across multiple projects, ensuring alignment to overall program objectives, timely milestone achievement, and clear reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Develop, review, and govern program-level plans, including program proposals, integrated project plans, WBS structures, master schedules, and consolidated effort/cost forecasts
  • Identify, manage, and prioritize interdependencies across multiple projects, particularly within IT digitalization and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and minimized delivery risks
  • Drive delivery governance and ceremonies across teams, supporting hybrid delivery models using Agile, Waterfall, and CMMI best practices to ensure consistent and predictable program execution
  • Ensure adherence to governance processes, maintaining accurate and timely program documentation including plans, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
  • Proactively assess and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies and ensuring business continuity across all workstreams
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement, balancing diverse viewpoints and expectations to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams by leveraging insights, retrospectives, audit feedback, and lessons learned
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers and delivery leads, ensuring capability development, standardized delivery practices, and consistent performance across the program

Person Specifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Project Management, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the software industry, including a minimum of 2 years of program management experience
  • Proven experience in managing IT digitalization and transformation initiatives, considered a strong added advantage
  • PMP, CSM, ACP & SAFe Certifications will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate program progress
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Proactive risk anticipation and decision-making
  • Ability to perform under pressure, while ensuring timely delivery of program commitments
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and have an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in key program and project management tools, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, jira timeline and roadmap
