Intern - Business Analysis

Overview

Support requirement analysis, documentation, and coordination activities for telecom-related solutions while gaining hands-on exposure to business analysis practices, stakeholder interactions, and project delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Support the creation of user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to clarify and refine requirements
• Participate in requirement review sessions to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment
• Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution support, and validation
• Track requirements, changes, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and project-related artifacts
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards and best practices

Person Specifications

• Undergraduate in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn

Added Advantage

• Exposure to telecom domain or related systems is a plus
