About the job Lead - Global Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support operational processes across multiple functions and overseas offices
- Help implement SOPs, operational policies, and company-wide initiatives
- Assist with annual budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial variance analysis
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Support compliance efforts related to ISO 27001, ISO 27701 & ISO 22301
- Maintain risk registers and assist in risk mitigation and business continuity activities
- Serve as the operational focal point for ERP workflow support (SIR, Non-PO, GRN)
- Facilitate collaboration with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Practice Heads, and Country Teams to ensure smooth execution of operational priorities
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations or corporate support functions
- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, ISO standards, and risk management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala is an added advantage)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A strong collaborator and relationship-builder
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
