Lead - Digital & AI Transformation

We are undertaking a digital and AI transformation initiative on the Finance Portfolio anchored on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. We are seeking a high-calibre Digital & AI Transformation Lead to drive process redesign, ERP optimization, automation, and AI enablement across Finance & Procurement Functions.

This role will work closely with business leadership, internal IT teams, and external development partners to deliver structured, measurable transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Process Transformation

• Lead As-Is / To-Be process redesign across Finance and P2P functions
• Optimize Business Central configuration, workflows, and approval hierarchies
• Standardize controls, audit trails, and master data governance
• Strengthen financial reporting integrity and compliance controls

Automation & Power Platform Enablement

• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Reduce manual interventions across finance and procurement workflows
• Design executive dashboards and performance analytics

AI & Digital Innovation

• Identify practical AI use cases within ERP and finance workflows aligned to the Finance Automation & AI Roadmap
• Assess Copilot readiness and structured data maturity
• Develop roadmap for AI-assisted reporting, forecasting, and control monitoring

Program & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with internal IT and external partners appointed by management for the project
• Translate business requirements into structured technical briefs, where relevant
• Ensure timely delivery aligned to governance standards

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish automation control framework and change governance process
• Ensure cyber resilience considerations within ERP architecture
• Maintain structured documentation and transformation roadmap

Person Specification

• 5 years of experience in ERP transformation, digital & AI consulting, or enterprise systems leadership
• Proven implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Demonstrated experience in Finance process transformation (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, approvals)
• Experience leading cross-functional digital & AI transformation initiatives
• Strong finance-functional and technical bridging capability
• Automation-first mindset with structured problem-solving ability
• Practical AI awareness and digital innovation orientation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Governance, risk, and compliance sensitivity
• Degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) preferred
• Microsoft certifications advantageous
