Overview

Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing digital markets in Southeast Asia, and Axiata Digital Labs is expanding its enterprise business in the country.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Solution Lead who combines enterprise sales hunting with strong solution leadership.

This is not a traditional pre-sales role.

You will be responsible for creating opportunities, shaping digital transformation deals, and leading solution conversations with enterprise customers. The role requires someone who can engage CIOs, CTOs, and digital leaders, position platform-led solutions, and help close large strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

Create Pipeline

  • Identify and open new enterprise opportunities in Indonesia
  • Build relationships with CxO, Key Decision Makers and Digital Transformation leaders
  • Position ADL early in digital transformation initiatives

Shape Solutions

  • Lead client discussions around platform modernization and digital ecosystems
  • Translate business challenges into scalable platform solutions
  • Work with architects and delivery teams to design competitive architectures

Win Deals

  • Lead solution strategy for complex enterprise opportunities
  • Support proposal development, executive presentations, and negotiations
  • Position ADL platforms as core components of clients' digital transformation programs

Person Specifications

Experience

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology roles
  • Background in enterprise platform vendors, system integrators, or digital consulting firms
  • Experience working with large enterprises in Indonesia

Capabilities

  • Proven ability to create and shape enterprise opportunities
  • Comfortable engaging C-level technology leaders
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technology architecture
  • Strong storytelling and solution positioning skills
