Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution consulting activities for IoT and Middleware engagements, including pre-sales, solution definition, and transition to delivery
  • Translate business and operational requirements into robust end-to-end system and integration solutions
  • Design solution architectures covering OSS/BSS, middleware, integration layers, and applications
  • Ensure solution alignment with global standards. (E.g. TM Forum, GSMA end etc
  • Support bids, proposals, RFPs, and customer presentations in collaboration with sales, pre-sales and commercial teams
  • Define solution scope, assumptions, risks, and high-level estimates
  • Act as a technical and functional advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to solution consultants within the practice
  • Conduct product training and workshops for internal and external stakeholders

Person Specifications

  • 07+ years experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Product Management roles supporting Pre-sales functions
  • Strong knowledge of Telco systems and related operational processes
  • Proven experience with Enterprise solution designing
  • Solid understanding of middleware, system integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architectures
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, including solution workshops and executive presentations
