Overview

Support testing and quality assurance activities for telecom and digital systems while gaining hands-on experience in software testing, defect management, and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing test cases based on requirements
  • Support functional, integration, and system testing activities
  • Identify, log, and track defects using test management or defect tracking tools
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support validation activities
  • Collaborate with developers and business teams to clarify issues and ensure resolution
  • Help maintain test documentation, reports, and test coverage records
  • Ensure product quality, reliability, and adherence to requirements
  • Support regression testing and assist in improving testing processes
  • Follow QA standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Person Specifications

  • Undergraduate in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Added Advantage

  • Exposure to telecom domain or strong interest in telecom and digital systems is a plus
