Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for assigned roles across software engineering, cloud, data, QA, and related functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding handover.
- Act as the recruitment point of contact for assigned business or technology teams.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide functional guidance to junior recruiters when required.
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring terminology.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
