Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for assigned roles across software engineering, cloud, data, QA, and related functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
  • Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding handover.
  • Act as the recruitment point of contact for assigned business or technology teams.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring status updates.
  • Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide functional guidance to junior recruiters when required.

Person Specification

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT or technical recruitment.
  • Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring terminology.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
