Key Responsibilities
Regional Presales Support
- Assist in supporting regional presales efforts, ensuring alignment of proposal responses with client requirements and sales objectives
Internal Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical, pricing, legal, and marketing to contribute to compelling proposal demonstrations and presentations
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and maturity in regional presales activities
Win/Loss Analysis Support
- Support the Senior Solutions Consultant in following up on wins or losses to understand underlying reasons and evaluate proposed solutions
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science)
- Relevant years of experience in a related field (e.g., presales, sales engineering, customer service)
- Ability to do client presentation with confidence, Proposal delivery & Bid management
- Knowledge on our key products such as DTE, MP, CPaaS & APIM
- BA, Tech skills will be an added advantage
- Experience in Presales is required
- Strong understanding of the EMEA/ APAC market and client needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Clear and concise communication with internal teams and clients
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Foundational understanding of company products and services
- Assessing client requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Addressing challenges during presales activities
- Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks and priorities within tight
deadlines - Analytical skills to understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions that meet their objectives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adapting to changing client needs, market conditions, and internal processes
- Ensuring accuracy in proposal responses and presentations
