Key Responsibilities

Regional Presales Support

  • Assist in supporting regional presales efforts, ensuring alignment of proposal responses with client requirements and sales objectives

Internal Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical, pricing, legal, and marketing to contribute to compelling proposal demonstrations and presentations

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and maturity in regional presales activities

Win/Loss Analysis Support

  • Support the Senior Solutions Consultant in following up on wins or losses to understand underlying reasons and evaluate proposed solutions

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Relevant years of experience in a related field (e.g., presales, sales engineering, customer service)
  • Ability to do client presentation with confidence, Proposal delivery & Bid management
  • Knowledge on our key products such as DTE, MP, CPaaS & APIM
  • BA, Tech skills will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Presales is required
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA/ APAC market and client needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Clear and concise communication with internal teams and clients
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Foundational understanding of company products and services
  • Assessing client requirements and proposing suitable solutions
  • Addressing challenges during presales activities
  • Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks and priorities within tight
    deadlines
