About the job Executive - Pricing

Pricing Executive in ADL is responsible for preparing pricing proposals to clients, preparing profitability analysis and commercial summaries for management review, follow the relevant processes, and maintaining and providing necessary pricing information for stakeholders. In carrying out these responsibilities it is necessary to analyse market trends, price benchmarks, and internal cost structures.

Pricing Strategy & Analysis:

  • Follow the established pricing strategies accurately and recommend new strategies where applicable.
  • Analyze different pricing strategies and select the best strategy in each scenario.

Pricing Implementation:

  • Prepare pricing proposals to clients including commercial terms.
  • Apply relevant pricing components such as list prices, discounts, incentives, and volume tiers appropriately.

Process Adherence:

  • Ensure end-to-end pricing process adherence and secure relevant approvals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather and analyze pricing data gathered internally as well as from the market.
  • Report relevant market trends, benchmarks and other insights in the form of reports or dashboards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with different stakeholders such as Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance and Delivery to ensure that pricing proposals are made considering the best available information.

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in pricing in the IT or Telecommunications sector is preferred.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and data analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of the IT services industry and competitive landscape.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating pricing strategies to diverse stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
