Talent Acquisition Strategy and Planning

  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies: Formulate comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with ADL's technological and business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Talent Mapping: Conduct market analysis to understand talent trends and identify key areas for talent sourcing.
  • Foster Employer Branding Initiatives: Enhance ADLs employer brand to attract top talent, utilizing digital platforms and recruitment marketing techniques.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Oversee Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
