Job Description

Develop and Execute Global L&D Strategy: Design and implement scalable learning strategies that align with ADL strategic objectives and talent priorities

Global Program Management: Lead the rollout of enterprise-wide learning initiatives including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, soft skills programs, upskilling and reskilling programs

Ensure that learning solutions are inclusive, culturally relevant, and accessible across geographies.

Leadership & Manager Development: Build frameworks for leadership development & succession planning across levels in line with group talent framework

Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify skill gaps and develop targeted solutions that support team and organizational development.

Culture, Engagement & Collaboration:

Formulate and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with organizational goals and values

Drive engagement activities & cross culture & team collaboration programs that enhance business results

Establish open and effective communication channels to ensure employees feel heard and valued

Content Development & Delivery: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality learning content using a mix of in-house resources, digital platforms, and coordinate with group for group wide initiatives.

Technology & Tools: Manage learning platforms and leverage data and analytics to assess impact, improve experiences, and ensure program effectiveness.

Measure & Report Impact: Establish KPIs and feedback loops to track learning & culture outcomes, adoption, ROI and business impact

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a learning and development role, preferably within the IT software services industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning approaches.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale learning programs across multiple countries or regions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into impactful learning & engagement interventions.
