The Executive - Product Marketing at Axiata Digital Labs is responsible for supporting product marketing initiatives through comprehensive market research, effective content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role aims to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive product awareness. The incumbent collaborates with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing products, including market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
Digital Marketing and Website Management
- Manage the brands website operations, including content updates, product listing management, and user experience optimization, while implementing SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the website.
Content Creation and Campaign Support
- Create compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, product articles, product videos, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Work closely with product management, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product campaigns.
Performance Reporting and Collaboration
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in product marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in market research, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the ICT industry, particularly in telecommunications or digital services, is preferred.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis techniques.
Skills
