Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the resource pool and allocate talent to projects effectively.
  • Identify critical skill gaps and anticipate future resource needs.
  • Monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Collaboration and Support

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as delivery teams, supply chain management and operations, to align resource management with overall business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding resource allocation matters.
  • Participation: Participate in meetings, particularly those impacting work allocations.
  • Data Management and Reporting Tools: Utilize and maintain resource data management and reporting tools for resource management.

Education and Experience

  • Degree Qualification: Bachelor's degree in, Human Resourcing, Business Administration, or a related field or any other relevant professional qualification.
  • 1+ years of experience (internship, etc.) related to Resource management, Human Resourcing

Skills

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for interacting with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Abilities
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in resource management.
